Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

At EasyKaro (easykaro.magiknex.com), the privacy of our visitors is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains — in plain, simple language — what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over your data. It applies to all visitors from every country.

Short versionYou can read our guides without any account or sign-up. We collect only basic data (like browser type and pages visited) through cookies and analytics, plus your email only if you contact us. We never ask for Aadhaar, PAN, OTP, passwords or bank details. We never sell your personal information. You can contact us anytime to ask what data we hold or to request deletion.

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

This website, EasyKaro, is operated by the MagikNex team, which also runs the free tools PDFMagik and Qrafy. For the purpose of data protection laws (such as the GDPR), the data controller is MagikNex. If you have any privacy question or request, write to us at magiknexx@gmail.com — see Section 16 for full contact details.

2. Information We Collect

You do not need to create an account, log in, or pay anything to read our guides. We may receive information in the following ways:

What we NEVER collectWe never ask for — and you should never send us — your Aadhaar number, PAN number, OTP, passwords, bank account details, card numbers, or copies of your identity documents. If any email or message claiming to be from EasyKaro asks for these, it is fraud. Please report it to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only for these purposes:

  • To respond to your emails, comments and feedback
  • To operate and improve the website — understanding which guides are most useful, fixing errors, and planning new topics
  • To keep the site safe — preventing spam, abuse, and technical attacks
  • To show advertisements that help keep the website completely free for readers
  • To comply with law — if we are legally required to retain or disclose certain information
What we do NOT doWe do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles ourselves — ad personalisation (if any) is handled by Google under their own policy, and you can opt out (Section 7).

4. Legal Basis for Processing (For EU/UK Visitors — GDPR)

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your personal data under these legal bases:

  • Consent — when you accept cookies or contact us voluntarily, you consent to the described use of your data. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — operating, securing and improving the website, and responding to messages you send us.
  • Legal obligations — retaining records where the law requires it.

5. Cookies — Full Explanation

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They help websites remember things — for example, your language choice or that you have visited before.

Cookie TypePurposeSet By
Essential / NecessaryBasic site functions — security, load balancing, remembering your consent choiceBlogger / Google
AnalyticsUnderstanding visits — popular pages, time spent, visitor counts (aggregated, anonymous)Google Analytics
AdvertisingShowing relevant ads and limiting how many times you see the same adGoogle AdSense and partners
PreferencesRemembering choices like selected languageSite / Google Translate

Your control over cookies: every browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) lets you block, limit or delete cookies from its settings — usually under Settings → Privacy → Cookies. You can also clear existing cookies anytime. Please note: blocking some cookies may affect how parts of this site (or ads) work.

6. Hosting by Google Blogger

This website is hosted on Google Blogger (Blogger.com). As the hosting platform, Google collects and processes certain technical data (such as security logs and traffic information) as described in the Google Privacy Policy. We do not control that data processing — it is governed by Google's own terms.

7. Advertising (Google AdSense) — Detailed

  • We may use Google AdSense to show ads. Ads keep this website free — we never charge readers for guides or tools.
  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings — this works for every Google service you use.
  • You can also opt out of many third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu (for European users).
  • For users in the EEA/UK, Google may show a consent notice before personalising ads — your choice there is respected on this site.
  • Learn more: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

8. Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which guides are most read, average time on page, and general visitor numbers. Important points:

  • Data is reported in aggregate — we see patterns and numbers, not individual identities.
  • We do not attempt to identify any individual visitor through analytics.
  • Google Analytics may set its own cookies; you can block them via browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Links & Embedded Services

Our guides link to many external websites — government portals (like pmkisan.gov.in, uidai.gov.in, pmjay.gov.in), and our own tools PDFMagik and Qrafy.

  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of other websites. Once you leave our site, the other website's own privacy policy applies.
  • Please be careful: never enter personal data on a website unless you trust it and have checked its address.
  • Our language selector uses Google Translate — when you use it, the page content is processed by Google to perform the translation.
  • Some pages may embed videos or content from other platforms (such as YouTube). Those platforms may collect data according to their own policies.

10. Data Retention — How Long We Keep Information

  • Emails you send us: kept as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards for a reasonable period in case you write again.
  • Comments: remain on the post until you ask us to remove them or they become irrelevant.
  • Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings (aggregated, anonymous).
  • Server/security logs: kept for a short period by our hosting platform (Google) for safety and troubleshooting.

11. Your Privacy Rights (All Users)

Depending on your country, you may have one or more of the following rights over your personal data. We honour these rights for every user, everywhere:

Your RightWhat It Means
AccessAsk what personal data we hold about you
CorrectionAsk us to fix inaccurate data (for example, in an email thread or comment)
DeletionAsk us to delete your data — for example, remove your comment or email history
Withdraw consentWithdraw a previous consent (for example, for cookies) at any time
Object / restrictObject to certain processing, or ask us to limit it
Data portabilityAsk for a copy of data you gave us, in a common format
Non-discrimination (California — CCPA/CPRA)Exercise your rights without being treated differently
How to use your rightsSimply email magiknexx@gmail.com with your request. Please include enough detail to identify the data (for example, the email address you used or the comment to remove). We respond within 30 days. No fee is charged for any genuine request.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13 (and under 16 in some European countries, per local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has shared personal information with us, please email magiknexx@gmail.com — we will delete it promptly.

13. International Data Transfers

Our website and its service providers (Google Blogger, Google Analytics, Google AdSense) operate globally. This means your data may be processed in countries other than your own — including the United States. Where required by law (for example, for EU users), Google applies recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. You can read more in the Google Privacy Policy.

14. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information — including relying on Google's secure hosting infrastructure (HTTPS encryption on this site). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your part in staying safePlease never share sensitive details — Aadhaar number, PAN, OTP, passwords, bank details — with us or anyone by email. We will never ask for them. And always check the website address before entering personal data anywhere online.

15. Do Not Track (DNT)

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting DNT, our website does not respond to it in a special way. You can still control tracking through cookie settings (Section 5) and the ad opt-out links (Section 7).

16. Contact Us About Privacy

If you have any question, request or complaint about this Privacy Policy or your data:

  • Email: magiknexx@gmail.com — we reply within 24–48 hours (requests may take up to 30 days)
  • Contact page: Contact Us

If you are in the EEA/UK and believe your rights were not respected, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

17. Your Consent

By using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Continued use after any update also means acceptance of the updated policy.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, when we add a new tool, service or advertising partner, or when laws change. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes may also be announced on the website itself.

Thank you for readingA privacy policy that nobody reads protects nobody — thank you for reaching this line. If anything here is unclear, just ask us at magiknexx@gmail.com. We believe privacy should be explained in simple language, just like our guides. 🙏
